Refund policy

We want you and your pet to love every CozyPaws order. If you're not completely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, simply contact us at ronel302010@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll email you full step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

 

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

 

Refunds: Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at ronel302010@gmail.com.
